Unable to open a presentation full screen on an Iphone 7 - Please help

Hello everyone,

I have an iPhone 7 learner who cannot open a presentation or anything I share in full screen.  Please see the images I have attached below.  The second image shows what we see when I click the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the presentation screen.

Would anyone in the community be able to help me help my learner to open the presentation or Screen I share fully?

Images with the process would benefit me the most as I am a visual learner.

Hi Elizabeth,

It looks like they have one of the smaller iPhone 7, so space is limited.  Have them hold the phone in portrait, not landscape.  This will, at least, give the slides the width of the phone.

Also, it looks like they are not using Safari (I don't recognize the navigation buttons).  Have them login with Safari to join the session and see if that frees up any more space.

Their screen is small, so holding the phone in portrait style and using Safari is your best bet.

Hi Fred,

Thanks for your prompt feedback. I had told him to use Safri as it even works better with the Moodle platform our school operates, but I didn't realize he was using a different browser. I will let him know to use Safari for both the Moodle platform and especially the BBB.  On Monday, I will see if he is using Safari and if it makes any difference. I will relay to him to use the Safari browser.

Hi Fred and all BBB users with iPhones or iPhone users

I have figured out a solution for this issue.

Please see the attached PDF and follow the steps. You will be able to open the screen someone is sharing fully in landscape mode on an iPhone. 

By the way, this is a one-step operation on Android.
