Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I had to abandon BBB as it just wouldn't work for me, and I had students to teach, so have gone back to Teams and Skype to teach, I just haven't had the time to put in the effort to make BBB work consistently and reliably.
As to your questions:
What version of BBB? - I just log onto the website, so I have no idea
Is this your bbb server that you are hosting? – don’t think so, not hosting anything
Is there a sysadmin or support person for this? – not as far as I know
To be fair I have just logged back in and it all seems to be working, my problem is that when I have students trying to log in to a meeting I can't start as happened twice with BBB, I look unprofessional and I really can't risk using this app, too much scrambling about, It would appear to need more tech knowledge than I have time to learn.
I also had issues on the few lessons that I did teach through BBB with the student not being able to even see the whiteboard.
Thanks for your answer, not sure you can help, but please feel free to make any suggestions that would make BBB easier to use.
