Widespread disconnection from the BBB

Hi guys, how are you?
I am using BBB with Moodle in an institution to teach support classes with a maximum of 50 students and 13 classes created. On some days during classes, the application simply crashes, taking down all instructors and students and then, when trying to return, the students receive the message that you have been disconnected from the room. This is happening randomly, one day everything works perfectly, the next day it crashes. Has anyone been through this, has any idea what it could be, and can help us.

Are you self-hosting your BigBlueButton? Can you share the hardware details? Can you also tell us which version of BigBlueButton are you using?

Hi, no, we have a third-party company that provides us with a server, the configuration is Intel Xeon E3-1230 V5 3.40GHz with 16GB of memory and a total disk of 480GB SSD and BigBlueButton is in version 2.7.16.
