Hi Niels,Can you provide more information on the networking setup ... is the BigBlueButton server within the same network on which users are accessing the server?Is there a firewall in place on your network?For demo.bigbluebutton.org, which is on an external network, any firewall that prevents UDP connections from 16384-32768 or terminates a long running web socket connection, will affect the audio.I just did a quick test on demo.bigbluebutton.org and was able to access the audio without error.Regards,... No, firewall. Besides, only recently this error creeped up. After some update probably.
