Learning Analytics Dashboard option missing

Hi,

I am using big blue button version 2.6.17. When I open a room for a test (my user role is admin), I don't see the option "learning analytics dashboard" in a room under the tools (gear) icon.

I read few group topic and check backend and found learningDashboardEnabled=true in bigbluebutton.properties file.

I am very new to big blue button. I appreciate if someone assist me to activate this "learning dashboard" option in my BBB.

also check in the override location,  /etc/bigbluebutton/bbb-web.properties  to make sure its not set to false.  this file overrides bigbluebutton.properties and does not get overwritten on updates with bbb-install.

Thanks a lot Stephen. Found this learning dashboard set to false in exactly the location you mentioned. The option is visible after set it to true.

I have small question here regarding this learning dashboard. Does this learning dashboard come default with version from 2.4 as set true? And does someone manually set false in the override location?

the contents of override file is manually entered,  there may be some Suttle changes in 2.4 - 2.7  as to if it gets created at all, and if the bbb-install creates and adds the salt, url on initial setup...    looking at bbb-install.sh source in git can confirm if your interested. https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bbb-install
