Because BigBlueButton runs within the browser, joining a BigBlueButton session is easy. There is no software to download or install.
The browser provides all the means for sharing audio/video/screen. There are some limitations, however, in that the browser can't "float" a video (or series of videos) above the desktop. The videos are only visible within the browser tab running BigBlueButton.
If you switch away from the browser tab or minimize the browser, it hides the BigBlueButton client and the videos.
The best solution is to add a second monitor -- this way you can share your screen on your second monitor and have BigBlueButton available on the first monitor.
Ganish, I would be interested to hear more about your self-declared "BBB expert". Your link takes to a page "higher a BigBlueButton developer"
I cannot find any evidence of any contribution you've made to the project. We don't have any record of a contributor agreement from the company you linked. This is the first time you've posted to any of our forums.
Your statement "I have done this for someone" is suspect.
Some browsers have a "picture-in-picture" capability to float a webcam on the desktop -- you can right-click on any video to have this feature. The community would be very interested if you found some other way. Do share.
I would be very suspicious of anyone who advertises their expertise without having made any contributions to the project.
