How do I split views of the BigBlueButton session?

Hi, 

in the documentation of BigBlueButton 3.0 I found this paragraph:

New layouts for specific integration scenarios​

Several new layouts have been added ("Cameras Only", "Presentation Only", "Participants and Chat Only", and "Media Only") to address various use cases of hybrid education - for example splitting views of the BigBlueButton session to be visible on different physical screens.

Many of my teachers have asked if they can have in one monitor all the student videos, and in the projector the presentation for example, as they have virtual and physical students in an hybrid session.

I will appreciate any help or guidance to achieve this.
