YouTube video not working for some users when shared through Big Blue Button

I am doing some testing of BBB with a client, and when I showed the 'share a video' mechanism to them, and shared a YouTube video, 1 of the 3 particpants could not see teh video - they had a message on the screen saying that they had to log into YouTube to prove they were not a 'bot'

I haven't seen this before - is this usual behaviour?

Is there anything we can do with the BBB settings to stop this happening?
