Hello!
Please help.
Unable to delete "raw" meeting data archives.
Changing /etc/cron.daily/bigbluebutton published_days=14 to published_days=4 doesn't help.
version 2.7.4

It seems that crontab is not working properly. Why? Has anyone encountered such a situation?

Hi,

have you checked your syslog file for any mention of the BBB cron file?
In my case I had to run grep "Removing raw" /var/log/syslog and the entries from the /etc/cron.daily/bigbluebutton were there.
If there are no entries in the syslog file there could be a problem with cron not running the /etc/cron.daily/bigbluebutton file.

Regards,
J.

Thanks for the answer. I rewrote the /etc/cron.daily/bigbluebutton file differently. Now everything is removed as I need.
Sincerely, Nick/
