Hi Saurabh,

Can you do

  sudo bbb-conf --debug

and post the results.  Then restart your server with

  sudo bbb-conf --restart

and try accessing it again.

Hi Saurbuh,

We noticed this

 > /usr/bin/bbb-conf: line 59: /etc/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton-release: No such file or directory

Can you post the output of the following commands

  dpkg -l | grep bbb
  cat /etc/lsb-release
  uname -a

Hi Saurabh,

The output for

  cat /etc/lsb-release

is

$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=15.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=vivid
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 15.04"

Saurabh, check the requirements for installation of BigBlueButton

Your server is not matching the version of Ubuntu required for BigBlueButton 0.9.1.  This is why you are encountering errors.

Saurabh, is it an option for you to setup Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit server for BigBlueButton 0.9.1?
