Good day.
I don't have a dedicated external IP address, so I wanted to circumvent that by using this scheme:
Home server (Proxmox's VM)-> wireguard tunnel-> VPS
I successfully set up wireguard on both VM and my VPS
VPS's wireguard.conf
https://pastebin.com/zLqdBAb5 (including iptables rules to forward traffic)
VM's wireguard.conf
https://pastebin.com/QDnZExxyVPS's nginx conf:
sites-available:
https://pastebin.com/RRCAFSfastreams-available:
https://pastebin.com/eN6z6bimI will be using nginx on my VPS as a reverse proxy for other services on my Proxmox host.
192.168.100.1 and 192.168.100.2 can ping each other. Internet is working fine on my VM
I start installing BBB using this command
wget -qO-
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bigbluebutton/bbb-install/v2.7.x-release/bbb-install.sh | bash -s -- -v focal-270 -s classroom.xxxxx.online -e
z...@zzzz.com -w -g
It detects my external IP address as my VPS's IP as it should and proceeds installing BBB
However, at a certain point it comes to this:
https://pastebin.com/NsMnjjZjWhile wireguard tunnel is active on my VM internet isn't working at all.
I've been trying to find out what went wrong and fix it, but alas, my skills are not that great.
I'd really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
Regards.
