Can i use Big Blue button in moodle but outside course

Dear all , 

My issue here is that i have school leader account , he manages his own school and this school have students above each student is the parent of the student . 

Our case is we wanna this school leader to create virtual class room and invite all those parents to join the meeting . 

Our Question here is that applicable , cause bbtn is an activity module and must be created on the level of course , but what we can do if we wanna achieve this feature online meeting between school leader and parents of students 

Please any help would be appreciated

You might be able to do this in the latest build of the BigBlueButtonBN moodle plugin.  There is an option to Restrict access based on user information, see

Can you try the latest version of the BigBlueButtonBN and see if the above capability works for you.

Thanks Fred for engaging , But all those steps are done after i select specific course , then add activity or resource then select the big blue button , my question what if i wanna skip this step , parents don't have any courses , i wanna just make online meeting for them no need for a course

Check out Green Light, a stand-alone front-end for BigBlueButton that you can use to provide access to BigBlueButton outside of Moodle.  See
