integrate the moodle with BigBlueButton(please help me)

I need to know something about BBB.If someone can work with it and integrate it with moodle completely and knows the settings... and can help me , please give me his email address and a skype id or telegram id to speak with him.

I am using thr bbb with moodle and I installed moodle in cpanel and can run bbb for my conferences and can record the videos after....

1-Is using the bigbluebutton and bigbluebutton recording service completely free?

2-where does the recorded videos of conferences save? Are they in my host ? can I see them in cpanel? or can I assign an address for recorded videos in my cpanel or another address(host) in another website?

3-If I use moodle mobile, can I give the moodle mobile for the students to connect to class with mobiles and tablets? and can the students connect to class without any problems and see the notes that I write in whiteboard?

4-is there any tools for cleaning the cache of moodle? if yes,please give me the address for download it?

5-can I use any plugin(or anything) for moodle that when the students want to connect to class,be forced to pay an assigned money to pay to enter the class or for example for entering the course and using the course classes ?

6-how can I change the theme colors,fonts and...is there any css file or... to change the theme of moodle?

7-when I connect to the BigBlueButton session, the address in internet address bar will change to :

https://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/client/BigBlueButton.html?sessionToken=...

and token will change.... can I customize the above address and delete "test-install" or completely change the address to the address I want however the students and I connect to session and the tokens?

8-If you have any videos about all configuration on bbb when integrates with moodle, with explaining the options completely , please send to my mail (not sending links).

9-in your idea,can BBB support our video classess to connect to the students all over the world with good speed? and in your idea , how many students must connect to a session for having a good speed ? in your idea,the amount of students is very important in speed of transfering videos and sounds to them or not in BBB?

10-what can I do for having a faster moodle(website)?

please answer my questions exactly and send me anything you know its useful.

If you know any settings or useful or essential plugin or settings for moodle and BBB,please tell me specially about the speed of website and speed of tranfering videos...on BBB or having a good payment system in moodle for registering in courses and classes.

Hi Yahya,

That's a lot of questions.  After reading through them, it looks like you are using the BigBlueButtonBN plugin for Moodle, accessed from

A bit of explanation will probably answer most of your questions.  The BigBlueButtonBN plugin for Moodle users collaborate in real-time using BigBlueButton.  You need a BigBlueButton server as well to use the BigBlueButtonBN plugin.  For testing, the BigBlueButtonBN plugin comes pre-configured for a BigBlueButton server called test-install.  This server is maintained by the developers of the BigBlueButtonBN plugin for the Moodle community so they can easily test the BigBlueButtonBN plugin in their installation.  

This test-install server is not intended for production use (though some do use it quite heavily).  We recommend that if you are going to use BigBlueButtonBN with Moodle that you setup your own BigBlueButton server.  You don't install the BigBlueButton system on your Moodle server; rather, you setup a separate Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit server and install BigBlueButton using the steps here

Once installed, you can extract the shared secret and URL from your BigBlueButton server using the command (run at the SSH prompt)

  bbb-conf --secret

and use the outputted values to configure your BigBlueButtonBN plugin to talk to your BigBlueButton server.

You are free to use test-install server as long as you wish.  This server had no service level, so for more reliability you probably want to setup your own server or reach out to the various companies that provide hosting for BigBlueButton.  See

The recordings are saved on the BigBlueButton server.  In the case where you are using test-install, they are stored on the test-install server.

Not sure the answer.  We're experts in BigBlueButton, no Moodle.  Best to check with the Moodle documentation.

Yes, if you setup your own BigBlueButton server, it will have whatever the URL is for your server.  See our comments at the start of this post.

The audio bandwidth of BigBlueButton is minimal.  For more information on bandwidth requirements when setting up a BigBlueButton server, see
