import of list of BBB recordings in moodle not working

Hello, we have a new Moodle 4.2 installation running. In order to use BigBlueButton without the limitations of 60 mins. 

I created the API connection by adding the URL and by adding the client secret. I also added a cron job based on the standard php script admin/cli/cron.php. 

I can create a BBB meeting out of moodle. I can start the meeting and I can record it. the recordings is shown in the BBB UI. Works all perfectly fine. However, after the meeting the list of recordings is not getting updated. I have double checked all the Settings. The API connection works otherwise I could not create a new meeting. 

I am really perplexed why the list of Recordings is not imported. Does anyone here have any ideas or advice?

If you run "bbb-record --list" or "bbb-record --watch" can you see how the recordings are produced?
If so, in the folder "/var/bigbluebutton/published/presentation/" can you see how the named folders of the recordings id appear?
