Install a SSL certificate to support HTTPS

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie here..i try to testing install BB in my company but i have some problem in step install a SSL. For the first i already try 2 installation step (1 with my cert and with letsencrypt) but still failed.

My question:

1. When we "Paste the contents of your key file here" is it include with -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- and -----END PRIVATE KEY----- ?

2. When we "Paste (in order) the contents of the following files:

  1. The signed certificate from the CA
  2. In order, each intermediate certificate provided by the CA (but do not include the root).

It's included with Begin with  -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- and -----END PRIVATE KEY----- also? and then when I paste in intermediate how the format is?

3. Or maybe you can suggest me to give me step by step for more easier way to enable HTTPS? because i already try with bbb-install.sh with installing in private network guide, and also not working.

Maybe future i want to get commercial support if this testing is working. Please help.
