Hi Abdul,
The problem is going to be in one (or more) of these areas
1. The students setup (computer specs, operating system, browser)
2. The student's internet connection (firewall, upload/download internet link speed)
3. The internet between your student and your BigBlueButton server
4. Your BigBlueButton server's connection (firewall, upload/download internet link speed)
5. Your BigBlueButton server (computer specs, server load, BigBlueButton server, meeting state)
Check if when the students connect BigBlueButton is using the TURN server (or not). Check the Network Status indicator (top right-hand corner) for Using TURN (true/false).
If true, look for why the student can't make a direct connection to BigBlueButton's audio in (2) and (3). A good test is to have your user try a (temporary) wireless hotspot with their phone. If the student's audio connects right away, then it's a good bet their default connection is firewalled.
To check (5), have your students try out the demo server at
https://demo.bigbluebutton.org/ and see if their experience changes. If it's the same, then the problem is not the server. If it's different, then can you share more information about details (4) and (5)?
Try the above and let us know what you determine.
Regards,... Fred
