auto logout or end meeting if moderator is not login to meeting

If moderator does not login for 30 minutes, or 30 minutes after Scheduled starting time the moderator has not logged in, the room automatically closes and logs everyone out.

Check out the settings in bigbluebutton.properties, specifically

   defaultMeetingCreateJoinDuration=5

in

You'l find this file in

  /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/bigbluebutton/WEB-INF/classes/bigbluebutton.properties

It controls how long BigBlueButton will wait after you create a meeting before deleting it when no one has joined.  It controls how long BigBlueButton will wait to clear a meeting from memory after everyone has left (defaultMeetingExpireDuration).

It's not clear whether you are stating this as (a) "this is happening now", or (b) "This is the behaviour we want to happen."

You can control the length of the meeting (independent of the moderator), using the duration parameter.  See

If the case is (a), check whether you are sending a duration=30 in the API call.  If the case is (b), you could poll the meeting periodically, say every 5 minutes, with server code that calls getMeetingInfo and records how long the meeting has been running without a moderator.  If the code detects the meeting has not had a moderator for > 30 minutes, it could call the 'end' API all to end the meeting.
