breakout rooms webcam error, chat message time incorrect

Greetings.

We are having a problem with breakout rooms.

Once i create a breakout rooms and try to join one of them, Im not able to share my webcam.

It stops on a message: "webcam sharing is starting..."

Scenario:

1.I joined a meeting

2. I started sharing webcam, microphone is ON

3. I created a breakout rooms

4. I clicked to join one of the breakout rooms

5. Im not able to join a breakout room after first click, just webcam sharing stops

6. I joined breakout room after second click

7. I clicked to start sharing a webcam

8. nothing happens, i can only see the message: "webcam sharing is starting..."

Note: webcam sharing works out of breakout room.

The second error is with time in chat.

There only appears 1:00 AM for all messages.

Server:
BigBlueButton Server 2.3.0-alpha7 (1650)

Hi there,

first of all, please update your server to current 2.3 release (which is beta2). Lots of work has been done since alpha7. Chat messages now show the correct time for example, so your first problem should be solved.

Your second problem:

Please try to reproduce the breakout thing on test23.bigbluebutton.org.

If it's still reproducable there, could it be that it's same problem described here:

Problem was that it wasn't possible to reproduce it properly on different systems. Can you confirm it's still a problem for you on test23.bigbluebutton.org (currently running 2.3-beta2)? If it's still a thing, please test with different browsers and share your results here.

Hi Pypo,

i was able to reproduce the issue in test23.bigbluebutton.org  i tried chrome, firefox also on different systems mac/windows 10. 

I experienced same issue. The only difference was that i was able to join breakout room on the first click.

I will try to update my server and come back with testing later.

I have this on my list to check and try to reproduce again.

Others have reported it in the list, I just haven't had the time to poke at it yet.
