Cannot connect to BBB server Behind the Proxy

Hi,
we have couple of clients who aren't able to connect to our bbb-server. This is because of strict firewall the clients are behind and they're using proxy.
So we installed proxy-server here for testing case:
- Firewall block everything on that client.
- Client uses our proxy Server (Squid3)
- Squid3 is configured so Port 80 and URL of our BBB-Server (which is outside in Internet) are allowed

=> Client is not getting connected to the BBB server

So what is wrong here? Where should we take a look and what should be done in order to get this working?

When the client is loaded it downloads a couple of shared libraries from Adobe servers. If your clients are being blocked from contacting the outside servers then the client won't load. There's been posts in the past from people in countries that Adobe has blocked not being able to use BBB. It's possible that this is the issue for your clients.

Thanks for the reply we are able to connect to BBB server without proxy server ......the problem is arising only when we are trying to connect to the server behind the proxy server is it something to do with the browser......?

Turn your web developer tools on in browser, (slightly different for
Chrome, Firefox), turn inspection on.

Then try to startup bbb session and watch the 404's, its trying to
grab some libraries first time from adobe.

I believe once these are installed, you can turn on proxy and it
should work, but I may be mistaken.
