Dear Team,

could you please help me to solved my problem. I believe this problem due to red5 server and java environment. red5 was failed starting and I can find nothing for echo $JAVA_HOME
Moreover, when waiting for BigBlueButton to finish starting up, it won't finish either.

Dear Team,

the troubled packages were successfully solved. Because my server access the internet through proxy.
I believe the last and the only one problem left is the red5 server.

Hi Farisi,

Wow. Kudos for one of the best posts we've seen yet -- you provided pretty much all the key information that we otherwise would have had to ask to see.

I believe the last and the only one problem left is the red5 server.

Is it working now.  If not, can you post the output of

  sudo bbb-conf --clean
  sudo bbb-conf --check

Regards,... Fred

Hi Fred,

Glad to see you..
I will provide the details later. In my city, this is 8pm so I'm away from my server.but i've kept the error on my notepad.

But, I believe this is the summary and the only one problem appears. It's about the red5.

Hi Fred,

I've solved the problem. First, confirmed that my problem was the red5 server.

Fortunately I can use my red5 server package from my previous (old version) bbb server.

I copy the package to the server, then edit the red5 script at init.d folder, and voila it's works like a charm...

regards,
Farisi.
