bbb-install: failed to set LTI credentials

Good morning,

    I've been using BBB for some years now, this is my third server with BBB. Today, I was tryin got install BBB 3 with the install script (option of install everything) and I get an error:

bbb-install: failed to set LTI credentials

I've been looking, the only place where I see it being mentioned is this https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bbb-install/issues/799 but I see now solution.

What can be happening? It's a new server, I've changed the url, email and MY_KEY:MY_SECRET values (to xxxxx:yyyyy where xxxxx and yyyy are strong passowrds).

Any help is appreciated.
