Hi,

I'm encountering another Problem right now, Everything is fine, but WebRTC is not working, despite Freeswitch is active... I went through the docs again but I can't find any other reason than Firewall or Freeswitch for error 1002. Is there some other thing to watch out for?

Best regards,
Carlos

Hi Carloss,

From the docs, can you check

> check IP address for proxy_pass in /etc/bigbluebutton/nginx/sip.nginx is pointing to the external IP address of the firewall.

See: http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/install/install.html#updating-freeswitch-configuration.  Check the JavaScript console in the browser for any errors connecting to the external IP address specified in sip.nginx.

Regards,... Fred
