Hello.

Sorry my bad english.
I am a beginner in bigbluebutton.
I have a web server with windows server 2008 R2 with my web sites.
In this server i have moodle.
I installed the bbb in a virtual machine (VMWare Player) in my web server.
The virtual machine network adapter is configured with NAT for communicate with the host server.
For access the virtual machine from the exterior i created a subdomain and was configured a reverse proxy in my IIS for this subdomain redirect for the local ip of the virtal machine.
I can access to the virtual machine from the exterior through the subdomain.
I configured the bbb server in the moodle with the subdomain.
The problem is, when created a new bbb activity in moodle when i open the activity  it stays "connecting to the server".
The log window shows the errors:
-Failed to connect to RTMP://192.168.150.129/video/portTest
- Failed to connect to RTMPT://192.168.150.129/video/portTest

The ip 192.168.150.129 is the local ip of the virtual machine in my web server, obviously i can't access this ip from the exterior, then there is a wrong configuration. I think that where is this ip should be the subdomain (that redirect to this ip). Can i change that?
The reverse proxy its a bad ideia and can't work?
The network adapter of the virtual machine its not well configured?
Please help me.

Note: attached -> log window print and config.xml

Thanks

Vitor

You need to use the command "bbb-conf --setip <external_IP_or_domain>" which will set all of the configuration files to go through your public domain name.
