25 user limit on multi-user whiteboard

Is this a hard coded limit? If so why?

If not, where can i raise it?

This was not an issue in v2, so not sure why its an issue now?

Just to make it clear, we dont actually want more than 25 users actively using the whiteboard at any one time, but we want the option to enable it so a few people can.

ah, think i found the setting in /usr/share/bigbluebutton/html5-client/private/config/settings.yml 

maxNumberOfActiveUsers:

Would still like to know why this is default set at 25, and what changed since v2 to warrant the change
