What website is that screenshot from? Looks like a Moodle site from the stack trace.Double check that the server URL and secret are the same as returned by "bbb-conf --secret". Some front-ends require different endings to the URL format.Also make sure that your Moodle server can contact your BigBlueButton server at all. On your Moodle server try running, "curl virtualclass.ufe.edu.mn/bigbluebutton/api", to verify that your Moodle server can connect.
