BigBlueButton server is running. but unable to connect. How to solve it?

i tried server again. but it is working normally. check is following:

I'm not sure what problem you're asking about. I can connect to your server and load the client without issue though.

What website is that screenshot from? Looks like a Moodle site from the stack trace.

Double check that the server URL and secret are the same as returned by "bbb-conf --secret". Some front-ends require different endings to the URL format.

Also make sure that your Moodle server can contact your BigBlueButton server at all. On your Moodle server try running, "curl virtualclass.ufe.edu.mn/bigbluebutton/api", to verify that your Moodle server can connect.

and it looks like tomcat7 is running with bbb-web and the API call returned the version 2.0.

The BBB server appears to be up and running and available from the wider internet so the problem is probably with your Moodle server. If your BBB server and Moodle server are both self-hosted and on the same local network it might be a networking restriction where the Moodle server can't use the external IP. It could also be a certificate issue. If you run the following command it should give you the error reason, "wget https://virtualclass.ufe.edu.mn/bigbluebutton/api -O -".
