Error BBB install on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Hi all, I would greatly appreciate can help me, I am installing the BBB in a VPS with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, but to follow all the steps of the link:
In step 5, I get the following error, copy the end framento.

How much memory on your VM?
