Chat auto-scroll issue with BBB v3

Hello,

Recently, I upgraded my Bigbluebutton setup from v2.7 to version 3.x. Currently, its 3.0.23. All are fresh install throught the script.

My students are frequuently complaing about chat auto-scroll issues, specially, for Mobile users. and they have to manually scroll the chat to go the the end. 

It is the bug in BBB v3. Or there is cofiguration issue.

Is the issue  only on my side ? or other people are also facing the same issue ? If only on my end any suggestion to fix it ?

Hi!

We have not had reports about this issue in close to a year (after we did fixes in the area). Are you able to reproduce the issue first hand? Could you record the screen while it's happening and share?

Anything off in the chat when it happens? Specific links, markdown, ...?
