Chat auto-scroll issue with BBB v3

Hello,

Recently, I upgraded my Bigbluebutton setup from v2.7 to version 3.x. Currently, its 3.0.23. All are fresh install throught the script.

My students are frequuently complaing about chat auto-scroll issues, specially, for Mobile users. and they have to manually scroll the chat to go the the end. 

It is the bug in BBB v3. Or there is cofiguration issue.
