Xen Ubuntu 10.04 (according to http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/wiki/InstallationUbuntu).

When I install bbb-voice-conference I get some error:

Hi Kite,

What's happening is dahdi needs the kernel headers to compile.

The problem usually occurs when the VPS provider gives only limited
entries for repositories in /etc/apt/sources.list or has created a
modified kernel, but not provided the associated headers.

Try making your /etc/apt/sources.list match a standard Ubuntu 10.04 distribution

http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/wiki/InstallationUbuntu#Dependencies_are_not_met

and let us know if you are able to dahdi. Also, if you are not tied
to Asterisk, you can use FreeSWITCH instead, which doesn't require
kernel headers.

Regards,... Fred
