Chamilo Rapid ppt converter

I got this error trying to use information port number and localhost on Chamilo PPT converter. I however got this "The connection to the document converter failed. Please contact your platform administrator to fix the problem"
Could I be making mistake with the required information?

Required information: Host, port, login, ftp password, Path to LZX files.

Please help with right kind of answers to these requirements.

Hi Niyi,

A few questions:

1. What version of BigBlueButton are you running?
2. Have you made any customizations (outside of using bbb-conf) to the BigBlueButton server
3. What is the output of 

  sudo bbb-conf --check

Hi Niyi,

Can you post the full output from 

  sudo bbb-conf --check

(you can sanatize the IP addresses if you like).

Hi Niyi,

Thanks for giving me a moment to look closer at your BigBlueButton server.  The document conversion is working fine.  I think there was some confusion between Camilo's use of Libreoffice and BigBlueButton's use of Libreoffice (they are two different uses).
