Moodle not syncing for activity completion

Hi,
I have configured Moodle 5.0 to use my own Bigbluebutton 3.0 server for live classes

I followed all the instructions on https://support.bigbluebutton.org/hc/en-us/articles/7129979660567-Enable-Activity-Completion but Moodle is not getting back the information to allow it to mark as completed activity when the student have done all that is required.

I have tested with only 2 minutes attendance to a class and even when the student is in the class for over 30 minutes, at the end and after the recordings show as available in the activity, the student status for this activity remains as "Pending" and asking him to enter again for 2 minutes.

What do I have to check to make this work?
