Hi Gijo,

I think the problem is that not all the components of BigBlueButton are able to run

Is it an option for you to try installing again on a c5.xlarge using bbb-install.sh. See here for configuring the AWS Security Group for the instance

The video is a bit old now ... we've been making many updates/tweaks to the setup of BigBlueButton using bbb-install.sh.  The above docs should get you going.

Try the above and let us know if you encounter any issues.

Hi All,

first of all, I am a newcomer to ubuntu if you suggest any changes please explain how to do it, its a request. I have tried to install bbb in amazon ec2 instance(all required ports where enabled ), login page was successfully created, But when try to test it shows an error page( Error 500), So tried to install in another instance using bbb-install.sh, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-E9WIrH_yTs used this video as a reference but didn't end as shown in video, shown error messages.

After bbb-conf --check
