Site Can't be reached

Hi Guys,

We have a problem while using BBB, few students in some network gets site can't be reached. if they change the network it works for him. We are using bbb 2.2.26 and we frequently facing this issue. Appreciate some help on this.

Can you be more specific on the differences in their network. Are they behind a firewall? Are they coming in via IPV6 only? Is there any pattern between these students?

If it's site can't be reached, it might be that their firewall has blocked the IP address of your BiigBlueButton server.

Are they able to access https://test.bigbluebutton.org?

Hi Fred,

These are from IPV6 only and are behind the firewall. We have configured turn for the same but still same. When we tried to join with the same network yes we were able to access https://test.bigbluebutton.org?

Hi Sasidhar,

Does your BigBlueButton server and TURN server have an IPV6 address?

You should configure, at a minimum, your TURN server to have an IPV6 address.
