Is it possible to use bigbluebutton for one way web casting without login or by using common login for 1000 viewers ?

Ashutosh,
You can use BBB to get a Moderator with a few guests in a standard
conference room <25 users., then create custom app to stream the
audio and video thru external CDN or separate web page. The issue is
bandwidth, and what quality video you plan to stream, and whether you
need users to be able to all chat together. There is a html5 labs
project documented, and others have done custom icecast streamers but
this requires a lot of customization and not out of the box.
The pieces are there.
