Invalid Keys Entered error

Hi,  We are trying to configure our bigbluebutton server in Schoology conference app. But we are getting Invalid Keys Entered error. 

We have tried all these below  the bbb url formate but still getting same error:
https://bbb.example.com/bigbluebutton/api
https://bbb.example.com/bigbluebutton/
https://bbb.example.com/bigbluebutton
bbb.example.com

Is there something that we are missing?

Did anything ever hit /var/log/nginx/bigbluebutton.access.log?

No, Nothing related to the Schoology conference app in nginx access logs. We are not even able to save the configuration. It always throws Invalid Keys Entered error
