I want to purchase dedicated server for installation of BBB

Hi,

I have installed BBB on my NameCheap dedicated server but it is not giving me good results in video most of people are unable to connect their camera and audio or they are being kicked off from the meeting unexpectedly, please tell me is it my server side issue or BBB side issue ? I have installed the BBB by following all the points mentioned in the document.

it is urgent please help me out, if BBB provide servers also I can buy it.

How many users? How many active camera?

I am using BBB in vps without any problem.
