Hi Evian

> so i got this message from time to time, last time it was because BBB restarted but one component failed,

Which component failed?  If you can post more information, that would help others help you.

A few more details

  - What version of BigBlueButton are you using?
  - Did this work before?
  - Have you made any modifications to the server?
  - Can you post the output of sudo bbb-conf --check

Regards,... Fred

You've only posted a portion of the output for sudo bbb-conf --check -- there is information at the top that helps us determine if your server meets the minimum configuration.

Hi Evian,

> do i need to add hard disk capacity ?

Yes.

Your running out of disk space on your primary partition, which is why the BigBlueButton components are not able to start.

Hi Evian,

Have you freed up any space on your root partition?  (If not, you can expect many random errors as processes terminate due to insufficient disk space.)

Also, the contents show

>   sudo checkinstall --pkgname=ffmpeg --pkgversion="5:${FFMPEG_VERSION}" --backup=no --deldoc=yes --> default

This should be all one line (not two lines).  Compare again with the source in the installation instructions and make sure you've not introduced any newlines whey copying and pasting the script.
