BigBlueButton 2.3-alpha | we get stuck with the three dots

hello everyone,

We installed it on a clean server with BigBlueButton 2.3-alpha-3. when a session is started, we get stuck with the three dots.Then we got an 401 unauthorized error. Also,Our server works behind the firewall..Port 443 and 80 allowed

how can I solve the problem. Can you help me?

Working on it — then next stage is for us to get to a beta release (which has the main feature merge in and tested).

If you get the three dots loading, but no further, check the browser's console for any errors and share them.

That may work, but we do want to know if there was an error thrown earlier on by the client.

It started a session on your test23 server, and got the same problem. There was no error in JavaScript console, but it was continuously looping on :

Hmm ... just tried a session on test23.bigbluebutton.org and it worked

Can you try it a couple of times, with both FireFox and Chrome. Wondering if it consistently fails for you. Do you see the same issue on demo.bigbluebutton.org (running 2.2.31)?

May be it could help :

on test23.bigbluebutton.org :

From IOS (necessarily Safari) : error 401 (works correctly on test.bigbluebutton.org)

From Mac OSX Catalina (with Safari, Brave, Chrom and Firevox) : 3 dots blinking, reloading the page at this stage solves the problem (works correctly on test.bigbluebutton.org)
