I'm currently trying to figure out, why the Shared notes stop working / reset after about 2 days in a meeting that's running multiple days / weeks.
According to the customer, who is still running BBB 2.7.16, the shared notes just reset after a certain while. I tested this on 2 servers, one with BBB v3.0.10 and one with BBB 2.7.16 and I get the error message "You do not have permission to access this pad" after about 2 days on both servers. The meeting was running with no users after starting it and test-writing something.
