Webcams not showing in some recordings + audio/video out of sync.

Hi,

I'd like to share a problem we're facing since this morning:

When creating a bbb session on moodle, everything seems to be right. If there's only one moderator with a webcam+audio, it works (sometimes with a big out of sync between audio and video). However, if there are two moderators with audio in the same room, we've faced different scenarios:

a) in ocassions (very rare) the recording is processed, 100% right.

b) most of times: no webcam, but audio.

c) out of sync audio&video (+1.5 secs)

Tested on firefox, chrome and edge under windows both pc's. Moodle 4.0.3+ & BBB 2.5.5

Don't know if I should worry about this:

Thanks, Detlef. Never needed a turn server :(

In the meanwhile, as our classes already started I moved the recordings to another server running BBB 2.4.9. Everything seems to be fine so far. But of course, my main goal would be to get that 2.5.5 to work fine ;)

About the part out of sync (audio+video), I'm afraid I was suffering the same as this: https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/issues/15644

No clue yet about the webcams missing on the recordings :(

Just read the full issue at github. This gave me a hint, in case it could be useful: "It shouldn't definitely start from 25 seconds and recording shouldn't continue after the room is closed!" (https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/issues/15644#issuecomment-1238443272)

In our tests, we were trying to meter the delay between audio and video. So, we started to record some tests lasting 10-15 secs each. None of them were even 25 secs or more. Could this be the origin of the webcam not recording??? Any clues?

PS: in fact, there is a "recording" .mp4 in every case. But it's a blank video, that shows nothing. Hope this helps to narrow down the possible issue!

Solved after applying manually this fix: https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/pull/15702 (and rebuilding the recordings that existed on this server before moving to the other one).
