FreeSWITCH and redis-server and bbb-html5 and etherpad and Error: Unable to connect to the FreeSWITCH Event Socket Layer on port 8021

After upgrading the BBB elements that I try to enter, it tells me: Empty response. Check the URL of the BigBlueButton server And check if the BigBlueButton server is running.
I have also observed that I have 3 errors in the STATUS
nd it says that it cannot connect to the configured hostname/IP

I have executed:
bbb-conf --setip domain

ping

freeSWITCH STATUS

Sorry i said i upgraded BBB, that isnt correct i upgraded Ubuntu...16.04 to 18.04

Docs clearly say to not do that.

Install fresh on a fresh ubuntu 18.04 to save yourself a lot of troubles ...
