Just a follow up with more details from my troubleshooting.
On an example Moodle course page are several test BBB sessions that were recorded months back. All of the session pages display the "No data to display" message that appeared after the Moodle update. I joined one of the sessions and recorded a little video. I used the
bbb-record --watch command and monitored. When it completed, I refreshed the page but it still displays "No data to display".
On the command line I issue 'bbb-record --list' and pick the top recording that I just made, I get the following behavior:

So the internal meeting id shows the name of the meeting, but the meeting itself won't appear on the session page.
