tone_stream instead of wav?

Hello all,

Some of my users complain about "You are muted/unmuted" message. Reading the docs, I found how to disable these messages completely, but I would like to  replace them with something less annoying like click or beep. I tried to write something like

<param name="muted-sound" value="tone_stream://%(500,0,300,150)"/>

but this does not work: no sound at all, and 

Invalid file format [tone_stream] for [%(500,0,300,150)]

in logs

Any ideas?
