Good day.

One of our users seems to be behind a restrictive firewall.

Chrome browser:
She couldn't connect to our webinar, she was getting ICE error 1010

Firefox:
She managed to connect properly.

All browsers are up to date.

Has anyone experienced this behaviour with Chrome?

How can I test if it's even possible to connect to a webinar via turn using Chrome browser?

PS Unfortunately we ca't ask the user to provide any technical informaiton. It's an old laduy=)

kind regards.

It's getting more and more interesting.. it looks like something fishy is going on with Internet in Belarus (one of our users is from this coutnry) , all because of the fake elections

We emulated a UDP block on 16384 - 32768 ports and succesfully managed to connect to our webinar via Chrome (turn server was used). However, when she tries to do the same she gets into the webinar but neither audio, nor video\screensharing work.

Switching to Firefox helps...
