DropBox links not working

Hi, In recent weeks i have been having trouble with DropBox links on smart slides not playing, or taking a very long time to load. I am using BBB2.6.18 but I also tried the same link in the demo 3.0.13 server with the same result.

Does anyone have useful ides to fix this issue.

Can you confirm it is a public link (try opening it in a private/incognito tab and ensure it loads without asking for permission)?

Hmm ... BigBlueButton is telling the browser to load the dropbox file, so it's a straight path between dropbox and your browser (BigBlueButton isn't in the middle).

I would look at the users that are loading slowly ... if they open the link directly in a browser tab, does it load any faster/slower?
