Hi Hamza,Can you post the output ofsudo bbb-conf --checkThe 1002 error is caused when the BigBlueButton client (or more specifically your browser) can not make a websocket connection to your BigBlueButton server.Also, try using FireFox and after you get the error, open a new tab and enterabout:webrtcYou can see the a column for Local Candidate and Remote Candidate. Check the Remote Candidate (which is your BigBlueButton server) has the remote IP address of your server listed.If not, try the steps atand let us know if that gets you going.Regards,... Fred
