How did your infrastructure add cores and memory to the VM? Did you do a hard reboot after of server after?
Looking thru nginx
root@play:/etc/nginx/conf.d# cat html5-conn-limit.conf
limit_conn_zone $uri zone=ws_zone:5m;
I see ws_zone in this config file. Not sure what yours has.

Stephen

I would compare the 2, and mv the dpkg one, and then do a nginx -t to see.

Quickest approach may be to build a new 2.5.11 from scratch, fully test it out, and move the recordings to the new server
