Keycloak with LDAP authentication problem

Hello everyone, we ran into a problem of users not able to login into BBB Greenlight, we use bundled Keycloak server that is configured with LDAP user federation. The issue is that users are able to successfully login in Keycloak (was checked using OpenID sandbox) but Greenlight says that there was an error while authenticating. We still cannot figure out what is wrong with it and cannot figure out how to get meaningful logs in order to get more info on the error.

Hi,

by posting "there was an error" the community has no further information about what the problem could be. There could be many, many reasons as to why an error appears.

Please do provide logs, otherwise the community will be shooting in the dark trying to help you.

Hint: docker logs <container-name>

We still have a problem with logins, is there anything I can do with this problem? Do I need to send more information?

I remember me that i faced maybe thecsame issue.

Check the login name, user vs us...@mailaddy.com was the problem with AD.

In Greenlight logs I'm getting a lot of these errors:

E, [2025-07-04T08:03:37.770325 #1] ERROR -- : [68515438-1858-4398-9265-30468ce9e667] Error during authentication: Translation missing: ru.activerecord.errors.messages.record_invalid

Can they be the culprit? I have ru.yml file in Greenlight container's "/usr/src/app/vendor/bundle/ruby/3.3.0/gems/activerecord-7.2.2.1/lib/active_record/locale" directory and this file has specified key. I've downloaded it from here: https://github.com/svenfuchs/rails-i18n/blob/master/rails/locale/ru.yml
