Error when enabling webcam or sharing screen.

I'm getting these error when trying to enable the webcam "Error 1020: media could not reach the server" or sharing the screen "Error 1120".

I got these errors after i upgraded yesterday the server from the version 2.2 RC (release candidate)  to 2.4, and the command "bbb-conf --check" doesn't show any warning.

Check domain name in setting.yml file.

I have attached the settings.yml file of the server. Where should i look into?

My server IP is  45.62.246.38 and domain is classroom.gianlucamorella.it

CHeck URL & wsurl and enter your domain in proper format.

I checked the  setting.yml file and the domain was entered in the proper format. In the end, i solved the errors by running again the command "wget -qO- https://ubuntu.bigbluebutton.org/bbb-install.sh | bash -s -- -v bionic-240 -s classroom.gianlucamorella.it -e in...@gianlucamorella.it -w -g". For some reason, some packet didn't update with the first upgrade to 2.4 version.

BigBlueButton 2.2 ran on Ubuntu 16.04 and BigBlueButton 2.4 runs on Ubuntu 18.04.  We didn't test upgrading an existing server to Ubuntu 18.04; rather, we recommend starting with a new Ubuntu 18.04 server and installing BigBlueButton 2.4 on that server.

Is audio working?  Are you able to join https://test.bigbluebutton.org/ without the 1020 error (this confirms the issue is with your server, not your client)?  To start troubleshooting, see
