Turning off notifications / toast / announcer

Does anyone know how to turn off notifications / toast / announcer ?

For example "You are currently the only person in this conference".

Especially for the HTML5 client.

For localization of sound files, FreeSWITCH has a number of files

  https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Language+Files

They do not currently have a Japanese language file, but if you were interested to contribute one, the FreeSWITCH team would be interested to hear from you. See (https://freeswitch.com/oss/).

Fantastic! I was struggling to find in bigbluebutton config.

I would be happy open up a channel with FreeSWITCH. We will be making Japanese translations this week.

How can you do this now? The announcer is really annoying and I want to get rid of it. 

I tried creating silence sound files and replaced all of the wavs in /opt/freeswitch/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/us/callie/conference/, also tried commenting out all wavs in the "wideband" section of the freeswitch configuration, yet when I start a room the "You are the only person in this conference" STILL plays. What I am doing wrong?

We use the cdquality profile in the dialplan…  so need to edit those sound entries… And restart freeswitch.

but with greenlight v3 and bbb 2.6

I will tell you when I found the how-to, to disable notifications / toast / announcer in this actual version.
