Issue with annotations on recordings

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place but here goes. 

We are currently experiencing an issue woth recordings in out environment, when a recording is processed and played back the annotations are out of sync or stay on the screen for 3-4 slides in a row. The multi user annotations are also missing.

Has anyone else seen this happen? Any advice?
